Transported weapons components from the U.S. to Israel, including during the Gaza genocide.
FedEx is an American shipping, e-commerce, and business services company that operates worldwide. It is among the largest package shipping companies in the world, with revenues reaching nearly $88 billion in 2025.
FedEx routinely ships weapon system components to the Israeli military. The first evidence emerged in September 2024 following an investigation by Irish media, which since then documented several cases where FedEx flights carrying F-35 fighter jet components passed through Irish airspace, including:
• Five flights in September 2024
• One flight in May 2025
• Three flights in August 2025
Palestinian Youth Movement, as part of the Oakland Arms Embargo campaign, documented 280 shipments of F-35 components transported by FedEx through the Oakland international airport in the first eight months of 2025.
It’s likely FedEx transported similar shipments in the past, and has continued transporting such shipments, but these are the examples that have come to light. After media reported on the shipments, FedEx deleted evidence of the transfer from its online tracking system.
There are several lawsuits against FedEx subsidiaries in France and Belgium for the transportation of F-35 components. Additionally, Belgian prosecutors have initiated a probe into a June 2025 shipment that transited through Belgium.
F-35 fighter jets are manufactured by the world’s largest weapons company Lockheed Martin, which describes the model as its “most lethal” aircraft. In Gaza, the Israeli military uses F-35s to carry out airstrikes, including 2,000 pound bombs, which can flatten an entire city block. International law prohibits the transfer of weapons to any party of an armed conflict where there is a risk that the weapons may be used to carry out violations of international humanitarian law.
